A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance deposit as agreed during planning. The balance is due before or on the date of departure unless otherwise stated. Verbal commitments are not binding; confirmation is via written communication (email or WhatsApp).
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refund policy depends on how many days before departure the cancellation is received:
Non-refundable components (certain permits, some hotel bookings) are excluded from the above and communicated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, permit delays or other factors beyond our control. We will always substitute with an equivalent experience and inform you promptly.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips, particularly to Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and other mountainous regions. We do not include insurance in our packages; you should arrange this independently.
Anand Northeast Tours & Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers and guides. We are not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, natural events or force majeure.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents. We assist with permit applications where stated, but we are not responsible for permit rejections or delays due to government policy changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
